For almost 30 years I’ve been involved in the IT & Telecommunication industries in Australia and the United States. In that time I’ve seen the rise of semi-conductors, computers, smart phones, and not so smart phones, tablet PCs, the cloud, you name it and watched the pundits run off at the mouth, and shoot from the hip and never get it perfectly right. I’ve seen the fads come and go and each time I’ve been told the lie I’ve gotten better at finding it out. I work for businesses large and small improving their policies, processes and specialise in revamping their helpdesks.
A friend in the business is how I like to think of myself. I hope my clients think that about me this way too and that this is the reason they call me back time after time.
